What is Team Training?
Team training is a great way to build your teams unity, team bonding, develop leadership skills, work ethics & be productive in the off season with Performance, Speed & Strength Training. It's the missing spoke in the wheel of the development of overall athleticism for athletes playing year around sports. (Lacrosse, soccer, softball, baseball, any sport/athlete or club)
How does work: 2 Options:
Coaches/board members/or parents can put the program together.
(min. requirement 8 athletes) for Team Rate/Discount. Can be paid by either the booster or parents can individually register their athlete online.
1. Team can train together as a group at a private scheduled weekly set day & time. (Contact to block off day & time for team training, Mon-Thurs. 4:30, 5:30 or 7:30, Fri. 4:30, 5:30, 6:30, Sat. 12:00, 1:00)
2. If more flexibility is needed because of getting all the athletes together at the same time, they can still register as a team and train weekly during the scheduled class times for Youth, Middle School or High School athletes held 8 times a week.
Training Class Schedule:
HS Athletes: Mon/Wed 6:30 & Sat 10:00
MS Athletes: Tues/Thurs 6:30 & Sat 11:00
Youth Athletes (2nd-5th): Mon/Wed 4:00-5:00
What the athletes do "Training Methodology-Speed with Power"
Performance training, reaction speed development, agility, strength/weight training, develop core strength, dynamic stretch, balance & coordination, injury prevention, development of overall athleticism.
