     "Sports Performance Training" strength & speed develiopment camp/clinic. June-July, 2-Hour morning class begin May 27th. (current members will need to register for this event)

MS Athletes: Tues/Thurs 9-11, 6:30 and or Saturday 11-12.

HS/College Athletes: Mon/Wed 9-11, 6:30 and or Saturday 10:00.

Youth (3rd-5th grade) athletes: Mon/Wed 4:00-5:00.

Summer Camp/Unlimited Training/June-July (2-hour morning)
