Speed Training Programs

All programs are designed to:
  • Increase foot speed
  • Increase vertical leap
  • Increase explosive power
  • Improve coordination
  • Build endurance and stamina
  • Build confidence
  • Lower athlete’s “40” time

Individual or team programs can be tailored to fit your needs to be:
  • Sport specific
  • Position specific

The Speed School offers programs year round for every age and level athlete:
  • Private session: 30 minutes – 2 options available
    • Individual – one-on-one training
    • Small group – 2 to 3 athletes of the same age and skill level
  • Group Sessions: 60 minutes
    • Group of 6 to 8 atletes of same age and skill level
    • Available for
      • Middle school
      • High school
      • Scholarship (collegiate)

  • Team: 60 minutes
    • Form your own class with a minimum of 8 athletes from your team

  • Camps
    • Summer camp sessions are 3 hours long, 2 days a week. Class times and days will be set in the spring for Summer 2008.

Current Training Session Options:

5th, 6th, and Middle School (co-ed) High School (co-ed)
Morning sessions: T-TH, 9am-noon, summer only
Evening sessions: T-TH, 6:30pm-7:30pm, year round
Saturday sessions: Sat, 10:00am-11:00am
Morning sessions: M-W, 9am-noon, summer only
Evening sessions: T-TH, 6:30pm-7:30pm, year round
